Have you observed the new PokerPro texas hold em poker tables? The first time I saw the PokerPro tables was about three weeks back when I took a brief trip with my wife to the WinStar Gambling den in Oklahoma.

As I anxiously waited for my name to be summoned at the live tables, I noticed how the other folks at the PokerPro tables interacted with one another. It was quite fascinating to say the very least. Since the poker table was computer driven, there were no poker chips to do any chip tricks, no cards to shuffle and the real live encounter was stagnant. Maybe I was the only one that noticed this, but I did observe the gamblers at the table had a lifeless quality to them. The reason for this may well be since there was no human discussion with the croupier, the atmosphere was rather dull and the gamblers looked bored stiff. It was nearly as if I was looking at a live variant of an internet based holdem poker room rather than being seated with warm blooded humans. It was a tiny bit bizarre and I kept flashing back to an episode of The Next Generation and the holodeck malfunctioned.

Since the waiting time for the stay tables was over an hour, I made a decision to see how the game play was and to encounter this new holdem poker gaming technologies. Right after playing a couple of hands, I genuinely felt like I was playing at residence. The lack of activity on the table was the main reason. I like to shuffle and stack my chips, and mix my cards around. None of those items are feasible at these electronic tables.

One more thing I discovered was how the program dealt the flop, turn and river cards. I bet a great deal of hands in the PokerPro table and discovered that the wager on was a great deal like an internet hold’em poker site. That might have been just a coincidence, but I found it to be very odd.

Right after betting a couple of rounds with this "unique texas hold’em poker technology", I made a decision that the PokerPro tables have been not for me. I’m much better off wagering hold em poker online at home and not travel the distance. If WinStar Casino have been to receive rid of the live poker tables, I think they would shed a great deal of players.
